The Network for Asiwaju 774 has urged youths in Kogi East Senatorial District to promote peace, unity, and responsible citizenship, while supporting initiatives aimed at advancing national development.
“The future of the country depends largely on the commitment, discipline, and contributions of the younger generation.”
“Young people must become positive ambassadors of their communities by avoiding actions that cause division.”
The National Coordinator of the group, Alhaji Muhammed Ibrahim, gave the charge in Abuja during an interview with Radio Nigeria.
Alhaji Ibrahim advised young people to serve as positive ambassadors of their communities by avoiding actions that cause division and by embracing values that promote peaceful coexistence and social development.
He emphasised the importance of constructive engagement, saying the future of the country depends largely on the commitment, discipline, and contributions of the younger generation.
The National Coordinator also commended the Senator representing Kogi East Senatorial District, Senator Jibrin Isa Echocho, for what he described as significant achievements across the nine local government areas of Igala land.
He noted that the senator’s efforts in infrastructure development, as well as the facilitation of federal appointments and opportunities for youths in ministries, departments, and agencies, were worthy of commendation.
Alhaji Ibrahim called for sustained collaboration between citizens and leaders to promote inclusive growth and ensure lasting development in Kogi East and Nigeria at large.
