The Federal Government is investing in strategic infrastructure to boost trade, industrialisation and economic growth, with the goal of achieving a $1 trillion economy by 2031, National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda has said.
Professor Yilwatda stated this in Abuja on Tuesday while unveiling a weekly magazine titled The Nationalist, with the sub-theme, “Renewed Hope Mandate: Three Years of Tinubu’s Under-reported Performance.”.

The APC National Chairman said the economic vision of the present administration is anchored on developing infrastructure capable of supporting increased economic activities. He described the 84-page publication as an important document that highlights some of the achievements of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
Professor Yilwatda urged Nigerians, particularly members of the APC and other stakeholders to obtain and read the weekly magazine to gain a better understanding of the policies, programmes and achievements of the administration.
“The magazine will contribute to national development by documenting and highlighting some of the achievements of the Renewed Hope Agenda,” he said.

The APC National Chairman also called on stakeholders to use the information contained in the publication to deepen public understanding of government policies and programmes.
The National Coordinator of Project 774 Network and the Managing Editor of The Nationalist, Alhaji Muhammed Ibrahim, commended Professor Yilwatda for his efforts towards strengthening unity within the APC. Alhaji Ibrahim also appreciated the APC National Chairman for his support for Project 774 Network, describing it as a demonstration of commitment to initiatives aimed at promoting national development.
He said The Nationalist was written to provide readers with information on some of the achievements of the Tinubu administration which, according to him, have not received adequate public attention.
