Arewa Think Tank Lauds Uba Sani’s Inclusive Leadership in Kaduna

Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani has received accolades for his commitment to good governance and inclusive leadership from the Arewa Think Tank, a prominent non-governmental organisation.

This was disclosed in a statement shared on the Governor’s X (formerly Twitter) handle.

The Arewa Think Tank delegation, led by Chairman and former Governor Alhaji Mukhtar Ramalan Yero, former Chief of Defence Staff Gen. Martin Luther Agwai (Rtd), and Convener Muhammad Alhaji Yakubu, paid a courtesy visit to the Sir Kashim Ibrahim House, Kaduna, where they commended the governor’s efforts in nurturing peace and creating an open civic space in Kaduna State. They noted that the state has emerged as a centre of ideas and a hub for intellectual engagement, policy debate, and national conversation.

Governor Sani appreciated the Think Tank’s work and welcomed their offer to partner with the Kaduna State Government in policy formulation and implementation.

He also accepted an invitation to serve as guest speaker at the Think Tank’s commemorative event, marking three years of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.

In his remarks, Governor Sani praised President Tinubu’s sacrifices, resilience, and lifelong commitment to the democratic struggle, stating that few Nigerians have invested as much personal courage, resources, and resolve in the defence and advancement of democratic governance.

The governor emphasised the importance of unity and patriotism in securing Nigeria’s collective future, urging the Think Tank to continue championing peace, unity, and patriotism.

The Arewa Think Tank is a non-governmental organisation focused on promoting good governance, peace, and development in Nigeria. Governor Uba Sani has prioritised inclusive leadership and peace-building initiatives in Kaduna State.
