The National Planning Committee (NPC) for the World Public Relations Forum (WPRF) has paid a technical visit to the Director General of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) as part of efforts to deepen partnerships ahead of the global event’s signing of a Memorandum of Agreement.

Dr. Suleiman Haruna, NPC Chairman, led the delegation and commended NTA for its excellent coverage of the NIPR’s activities, saying the partnership would drive the WPRF message to stakeholders across Nigeria and beyond. NTA DG, Mr. Salihu Abdullahi Dembos, welcomed the partnership and affirmed the Authority’s readiness to support and broadcast the event, coming up this November.

“The World Public Relations Forum is coming to Abuja. “The world is coming to Nigeria, and the story will be told far and wide.” The World Public Relations Forum is a global event that brings together public relations professionals, industry leaders, and experts to discuss the latest trends and best practices in the field.

The event is expected to attract participants from across the world and will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking sessions.

Dr. Haruna expressed confidence that the partnership with NTA would help to increase awareness and participation in the event, adding that the forum would provide a platform for Nigerian professionals to showcase their expertise and share experiences with international colleagues.

Mr. Dembos assured that NTA would provide extensive coverage of the event to ensure that the Nigerian audience and the world at large are well-informed about the discussions and outcomes. The signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between WPRF and NTA is expected to take place soon, paving the way for a successful and impactful event in November.
