The Honourable Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr. Wale Edun, has held a strategic partnership meeting with The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to explore ways to leverage their collaboration and drive Nigeria’s economic growth.

The meeting focused on accelerating Nigeria’s transition from stabilization to sustained growth through targeted investments in key sectors.

The Minister highlighted the potential for EBRD to partner with Nigeria in agriculture and processing, power and energy, and telecoms and digital infrastructure, noting that the right mix of capital, technical expertise, and policy alignment could turn growing potential into productivity and reforms into real economic gains.
