The Director of the CityBoy Movement, Kogi State Chapter, Hon. Ogah Mark Okpanachi, has felicitated the State Project Coordinator of the Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACRESAL) Project in Kogi State, Barr. Ladi Ahmed Jatto, OON, on the occasion of her birthday.
In his congratulatory message, Okpanachi described Barr. Jatto as a distinguished Kogite, a woman of remarkable service and impact, and a strong supporter of the CityBoy Movement. He said her dedication and commitment to public service has distinguished her in the areas of infrastructure, empowerment and provision of basic amenities that have positively touched the lives of the people.

He noted that her passion for service, humility and unwavering commitment to making a difference continue to inspire many, stressing that Kogi State is blessed to have people who consistently put service and humanity at the heart of their responsibilities. He prayed that God grants her greater wisdom, sound health, renewed strength and many more years of impactful service filled with greater accomplishments and joy.
Barr. Ladi Ahmed Jatto, OON, is a legal practitioner and environmental governance expert. She previously served as Project Coordinator of NEWMAP.
She currently serves as State Project Coordinator of the World Bank-assisted ACRESAL project in Kogi, where she has led erosion control, dryland restoration, climate-smart agriculture and livelihood support for women and youth, with Kogi rated among the top three performing states in the 2024/2025 cycle. She is a recipient of the BPSR Distinguished Public Service Award and holds several other awards and chieftaincy titles.
