All Progressives Congress, APC, leaders from Ankpa Federal Constituency in Kogi State have reaffirmed their loyalty to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and pledged to mobilize grassroots support for the party ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The delegation, drawn from Omala, Olamaboro and Ankpa Local Government Areas, paid a courtesy visit to the governor at the Government House in Lokoja to appreciate his commitment to the welfare of the people and his leadership style.
Speaking after the meeting, the team described the governor as “the Chief Servant of Kogi State and a leader of exceptional character,” and commended him for his humility, hospitality and statesmanship.
“We came to appreciate His Excellency’s commitment to the welfare of the people and the purposeful leadership he continues to provide,” the delegation said. “We also reaffirmed our unwavering loyalty and support for his administration.”
According to them, Governor Ododo warmly received the team and expressed appreciation for the visit. He assured them that they would be carried along in the affairs of his administration and given opportunities to work closely with government to advance good governance and deliver on campaign promises to the people of Kogi State.
The leaders said they would sustain grassroots mobilization across polling units and communities in the constituency to ensure a strong showing for the APC at all levels in 2027.
“We shall continue to mobilize support across our polling units and communities, working tirelessly to ensure victory for the APC in the 2027 general elections,” they stated.
The delegation also expressed gratitude to party leaders for their guidance, pledging to remain committed to the goals of the administration.
